Set your working hours
- Go to Settings → Availability.
- For each weekday: choose whether you work, and from/to times (e.g. Monday 09:00–17:00).
- Feel free to add a lunch break — DraftKite skips it.
- Pick a time zone (default: Europe/Copenhagen).
Connect a calendar
Availability hours alone only say when you COULD work. Connect your calendar so DraftKite also avoids suggesting times where you already have meetings.
- Gmail users: your Google Calendar is connected automatically when you connect Gmail with 'calendar access' enabled.
- Outlook users: your Microsoft Graph calendar comes along with the Outlook OAuth.
- Cal.com and Calendly work as plugins — install the relevant plugin under /plugins.
What does DraftKite suggest?
The AI typically suggests 2–3 times across the next 5 business days, sorted earliest first. It respects your default meeting length (15, 30 or 60 min — set under Settings).
DraftKite does NOT book anything on your behalf. It suggests — the customer confirms, or you edit the draft.
