Your drafts should sound like you — not like a generic AI reply. DraftKite analyses your previous outgoing emails, stores few-shot examples and uses them as context when the AI writes new drafts. Length, level of formality and tone are matched automatically.

What the AI looks at

  • The average length of your replies, per correspondent.
  • Formality (Hi / Hey / Dear — casual or formal forms of address).
  • The language you write in (one language or a mix).
  • Openings and sign-offs ('Best regards', 'Kind regards', just your first name).
  • Your signature — if you have one, the draft keeps it.

Few-shot examples

Before the AI writes a new draft, DraftKite finds 3-5 of your previous replies on similar topics (via embedding similarity) and includes them in the prompt. It's not rule-based — the AI learns directly from your real replies.

Adjust the tone manually

You can upload a style guide or examples to your knowledge base (e.g. 'How we write to customers' or 'Our tone of voice'), so they're always part of the context.
