The flow
- You downgrade in Stripe (or via the DraftKite billing portal).
- We receive Stripe's webhook and pause ALL your inboxes — marking them with 'plan-downgrade-pick-inboxes'.
- We send you an email asking you to 'choose which inboxes should stay active'.
- You go to /indbakker, see all your inboxes paused with a 'reactivate' button, and pick up to your new plan's limit.
- The ones you pick resume normal operation immediately.
What isn't reset?
Your labels, knowledge base, plugins, drafts and settings remain completely untouched. A paused inbox is simply 'not active right now' — all history is preserved.
Upgrading again
If you upgrade back to your old plan (or higher), trial-paused inboxes are reactivated automatically. Inboxes paused by a plan downgrade still require you to click 'reactivate', though — we won't automatically start inboxes you may have deliberately chosen to pause.
