Free trial — what's included?

We want you to experience DraftKite on a real inbox before you decide. That's why every new account gets a 7-day free trial with generous limits, so you can see whether it works for you — without us needing your credit card.

Three limits

  • 25 drafts — the number of emails DraftKite may write replies to.
  • 500 classifications — the number of emails DraftKite may read and categorise.
  • 7 days — counted from when you connect your first inbox.

You'll typically hit the draft limit first (most emails get categorised, but only some get a reply). When you hit the FIRST of the three limits, the trial counts as used.

What happens when I hit a limit?

  1. We send you an email: 'You've used your free trial'.
  2. Inboxes on free-trial status are paused (no more drafts, no classifications).
  3. Existing drafts and data are NOT deleted. Everything is still there.
  4. Pick a plan at /fakturering, and we resume automatically the same day.

One trial per email identity

The trial is tied to the email address + provider you connect. If you disconnect and reconnect the SAME inbox, the same trial continues — it's not a free reset. If you connect a different inbox, it gets its own 7-day period.

Companies run on the same model: 25 drafts / 500 classifications / 7 days, shared across members and inboxes.
