Pricing structure
- Base subscription: per connected inbox per month.
- Included usage: a monthly number of classifications and drafts per inbox.
- Overage: a low rate per extra classification or draft.
- Free trial: 14 days, 50 drafts and 500 classifications per inbox, no credit card.

Overage in practice
When your inbox exceeds the included usage, we keep processing mail — but every extra email is billed as overage. Stripe's metered billing tallies up the usage and invoices monthly in arrears.
You can follow your usage live in /fakturering: the number of emails processed this month, your next invoice, and your history.
Payment methods
We accept all major credit cards and SEPA payments via Stripe. EU businesses can enter their VAT number (CVR in Denmark) for reverse charge (0% VAT).
Cancellation
Cancel your subscription from /fakturering. We stop processing new mail immediately, and existing data is deleted in line with our retention periods.
