1. Create an account
Go to draftkite.com and click 'Create account'. Enter your email address and choose a password of at least 8 characters. New accounts get a 7-day free trial with room for 25 drafts and 500 classifications — no credit card required.
Once you've confirmed your email address, you're taken straight to onboarding, where you choose which inbox to connect first.
2. Connect your first inbox
Choose Gmail or Outlook and click 'Connect'. You're sent to your provider's OAuth page to approve the permissions DraftKite needs (reading mail, creating drafts, and managing labels/categories).
DraftKite never has your password. We use OAuth and only store refresh tokens encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
3. Get your first draft
As soon as your inbox is connected, DraftKite starts reading incoming mail. For every new email, the pipeline runs: we fetch relevant context from your knowledge base, classify the email with the right label, and write a reply draft in your tone.
You can follow along in the DraftKite dashboard under 'Drafts', or open the draft directly in Gmail/Outlook, where it sits as a regular draft.
